For most people, life is experienced through a lens of thoughts. Thoughts determine how we feel, how we understand ourselves and our lives, how we act, and how we respond to events and people. When we’re not conscious, every action is shaped by thoughts.

During Samadhi Retreat’s free online events, we will explore how the mind shapes our reality and colours our experiences in different areas of life – at home, at work, during study or creative endeavour, and so on.  And we we will explore a different way of living – one that delivers freedom from the chaos of the mind, and moves you towards a life of enduring peace and contentment – a life of unity.

Many of our events will offer  simple free techniques for healing relationships, healing the body, and observing the mind without getting caught up in thoughts. Practising with the observing exercise can be a powerful first step before learning the Ishayas’ Ascension meditation practice which is designed to deliver complete freedom from the mind’s limiting patterns.
