Step 1 - Connect. We call in your own intuition. It's time to connect back to YOU.

Step 2 - Embodiment. Learn how to listen to your greatest ally and friend in this life, your body. She's tired of too tight jeans and your back-chat, she has something very profound to say to you.

Step 3 - Embrace. Is your negative self-talk driving you up the wall and into the wine bottle? There's a less toxic way to love every bit of yourself.

Step 4 - Release. Once you've discovered what's really you, it's time to set the rest free. Put down that baggage.
