Find peace and calm at work
Meditation and mindfulness have many benefits in the workplace.
People who practice meditation typically become calmer, more focused, more productive, more open, more creative, more adaptable, and less stressed.
Teamwork can improve as employees learn to communicate more openly. Meditators can sustain attention for longer on complex tasks.
Some employers have found that the bottom line improves as their staff become happier and more resilient.
Who are we?
We are highly experienced meditation teachers, professionals and businesspeople.
We have taught meditation to many hundreds of people in businesses, government departments, schools, communities, and also prisons.
We combine our meditation retreat and teaching practice with a busy communications and public relations practice, with many public and private sector clients. So we know first-hand the stresses and strains involved in managing a busy workplace.
Our techniques have brought us peace amid the stresses and challenges of a busy working life, and they can do the same for you and your staff.

We offer weekend or midweek retreats tailored to your needs. These can include meditation or mindfulness training, yoga, massage, and time for you and your team to relax and unwind in beautiful rural surroundings.
You can also hire the centre to run your own team getaway. You’ll find a wonderful environment for informal meetings, bush walks, and relaxation.
Please get in touch to discuss your needs.
In your workplace
Our Calm at Work courses are specially designed to meet the needs of a busy workplace.
Typically delivered in a series of 1-2 hour sessions often delivered over the lunch break, you’ll learn easy mindfulness or meditation techniques to short-circuit stress responses and deliver a greater sense of calmness and ease.
Our techniques can be used with eyes open to bring calm to the work environment, or with eyes closed as the basis for an ongoing meditation practice to deliver greater levels of peace.
