Retreats and days

A retreat at Samadhi is a special experience, and can be life changing.

Our retreats are enjoyable and powerful with the chance to connect with Nature and great people and learn new skills, burn off stress, become more present and remember who you are. There’s healthy food, forest bathing, mindfulness and meditation, massages and yoga or Qi gong, plus magical experiences for your children or inner children.

At the end of the retreat you get to take the Peace and Joy home with you. Give yourself the gift!

Yoga and Mindfulness Retreat

March 14-16

This fun and relaxing weekend will stretch your body and your mind, with plenty of opportunities to explore the connection between the two.

Come together with a small group in the peaceful natural surrounds at Samadhi for a weekend of yoga, mindfulness, qi gong, forest bathing, great food and company. Massages are also available, paid separately.

Treat yourself to the next retreat at Samadhi.

Laughter retreat

March 28-30

When did you last have a good belly laugh?

Laughing boosts our physical and mental health, releasing stress and overwhelm. It’s often a shared experience, bringing people closer together in joy and gratitude.

This weekend offers a number of activities and experiences to allow you to relax and have a chuckle, a giggle, expanding into a hearty guffaw or three. We will take nothing seriously as we remember what it’s like to be a child in nature’s playground, playing games, doing laughter yoga in the yurt and connecting through comedy.

“It is a happy talent to know how to play.” ~Ralph Waldo Emerson
