A retreat at Samadhi is a special experience, and can be life changing.

 

Our retreats are a powerful and transformative experience where you may learn a new skill or enliven a meditation or other practice with great guidance on hand.

You’ll have a fun and relaxing time with great people and delicious food, together with the priceless opportunity to burn off a lot of stress and become much more present. Massages and yoga or Qi gong may also be available.

At the end of the retreat you will have a much clearer experience and ability to access greater wellbeing and resilience.

 

Meditation and Yoga Retreat 15-17 March 2024

This weekend will give you all you need to start your own daily meditation practice. Meditation has many benefits. People who practice meditation typically become calmer, healthier, more focused, more productive, more creative, more adaptable, less stressed, and easier to get along with. Studies have found that meditators experience less stress while carrying out complex tasks and are able to stay focused for longer. Our retreats also offer different styles of optional yoga which reinvigorate and relax and help us gently release stress.

Advanced Ascension Meditation Retreat

If you have already learned ascension meditation and are keen to advance your practice with some expert guidance over a relaxing long weekend, ask us about whether this weekend would suit you.

Meditation Days

 

We also offer Meditation Days to get together with a group in the peaceful environment of Samadhi.

These days are an invaluable opportunity to enliven and deepen your practice. Some guest teachers from around New Zealand and overseas sometimes make an appearance for special Advanced Days.

Meditation Days are usually held on the last Sunday of each month, from 10.30am to 3.00pm.
