Our retreats offer a variety of awareness, meditation, mindfulness, yoga, Qigong and other practices. These are simple and easy practices for anyone seeking more peace, freedom and an exploration of consciousness. You don’t need to have done any of these things before.

Residential and non-residential options
Most courses at Samadhi Retreat take place over a weekend, from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. We offer residential and non-residential options.
The residential option is ideal if you want to get away from it all, immersing yourself in a calm and peaceful retreat setting while you begin to discover new techniques and ways to remember who you really are. A residential course includes shared accommodation, plus all tuition and meals.
The non-residential option allows you to take a course and explore its impact while continuing to experience your nearby home and family life. The non-residential options include all tuition plus Saturday and Sunday lunches.
You’ll have a fun and relaxing time with great people and delicious food, together with the priceless opportunity to learn powerful new ways of being, burn off a lot of stress, and become much more present.
Massages and other body treatments may also be available.
Meditation Retreats

Join us for a relaxing weekend learning all you need to have your own daily practice of meditation and stretching yourself with some yoga in the yurt.
Share great food and company, and receive expert guidance while enjoying the beautiful and peaceful environment at Samadhi Retreat.
A special Calm at Work weekend may also be run for work groups to learn techniques they can use every day to stay calm and centred while in the workplace.
